I acknowledge that dogs and cats are living creatures whose health and actions cannot be fully or accurately predicted and that an otherwise calm and healthy animal with no history of aggression or illness is fully capable of becoming ill or dangerous to itself or others. I agree to assume all risks associated with any contact with any animals in the care of HHS. I, on behalf of myself and all minors listed above, hereby release and indemnify HHS, its officers, directors, volunteers or agents from all for claims or damages arising out of or in any way connected to any animal in the care of HHS or any other unfavorable consequence attributed to visiting HHS' shelter.
